T1 on the sketch is a Cypress. It has died. The photo shows the brown colour of the foliage. It crumbles to the touch. It is now a significant fire risk. The proposal is to remove it. A replacement in the same place is not proposed - I suspect a combination of the Acer close beside it competing for water coupled with recent hot dry summers has dried it out, and a new tree would share the same fate. No work is proposed for the other trees T2, T3, T4.
