All trees lie in a conservation area, and are not subject to TPO. Referring to sketch: Tree A - Cypress - no works proposed Tree B - Acer - Regular management of crown height and width, reduction from ~6m to ~4m Tree C - Elder - no works proposed Tree D - Plum - Pollarding and removal of fungus-infected limbs, reduction of height from ~6m to ~4m

T1 on the sketch is a Cypress. It has died. The photo shows the brown colour of the foliage. It crumbles to the touch. It is now a significant fire risk. The proposal is to remove it. A replacement in the same place is not proposed - I suspect a combination of the Acer close beside it competing for water coupled with recent hot dry summers has dried it out, and a new tree would share the same fate. No work is proposed for the other trees T2, T3, T4.
