Snowy Mespil Adjacent to rear of house Semi mature tree now outgrowing its location. Canopy is making contact with rear elevation of building and overhangs the adjoining property 28 Rosemont Road where planning permission has been granted for a ground floor extension (Ref 24/0131/HOT). Their Tree Survey / Arboricultural Impact Assessment advises that the extension infringes on the RPA and canopy of T9. Fell to ground level T9. CrabApple Rear LH boundary Reduce canopy all round by approx. 1m to shape, contain and improve light into surrounding areas.
