Proposal
Fitting of Code 5 Lead capping over stones to flat roof over the double storey rear extension. Replacement of 2x defective rainwater pipes with new cast iron pipes, hoppers and clips on rear elevation. Replacement of defective lead soil and vent pipe on flank elevation with new cast iron pipework. Dependant on condition of front garden retaining wall after render is removed, the wall will either be repaired or rebuilt to match existing. Painting of nosings on front and rear steps to provide contrast for the safety of residents and visitors. The remainder of the work is to the repair and redecorate the external part to match existing.
