Proposal
T2 Holm Oak (x1) (Forms part of the driveway boundary hedge) Reduce height down to previous points (by approximately 1.5m) and trim client side (approximately 30cm off width). Final height 6m and width 6m. Reason: Close to neighbour’s property, blocks light if not managed. T2A Apple (x1) Reduce the height and width by up to 1m all around, spur-pruning to encourage fruiting. Thin crown by 20%.Final height 3m and width 3m. Reason:Good arboricultural practise. T3 (TPO) Dawn Redwood (x1) Overview: Has become too large for the location, has potential to impact the property. Reduce height and width by 1.5m all around to contain height and spread.
