    Resubmitted Application from TPO 22/T1049/TCA - tree now requires felling after consent was given to reduce recently. 1b. Ash (by chicken coop) - Large longitudinal crack in main stem approx. 4.5m long starting at 3m above base of tree. Cavity at 6m on NW side of trunk, within length of crack. Crack appears wider (1.5inch approx.) on E side of trunk. Carefully dismantle to as close to ground level as possible utilising a Mobile Elevated Work Platform. Lowering ropes, blocks and pulleys to be used where necessary to enable a safe dismantle, minimising damage to the surrounding area. Timber to be left stacked neatly on-site, close to base of tree in manageable sections and woodchip to be left on-site in designated area (under laurels, see pic).
