Prune by 30% to manage height T5 Ash: Approx 17m high located in neighbouring property (21 Waldegrave Gardens). Cut lower branch which completely overhangs our garden. Aim to improve light to lawn and shrubs. Branch to be removed and cut off point is shown in exhibit 5. This has been discussed and agreed with the owner of 21 Waldegrave Gardens.
