Proposal

The pear tree referenced as T4 in the Arboricultural Report reference in the previous section. The tree is severely decayed at the base as identified in the Arboricultural Report and represents a safety risk as a consequence. It is proposed that the tree is reduced in height by 50% to mitigate the safety risk of the tree being blown over in high winds.
