Proposal

Loft conversion to include two side facing dormers set back from the front facade and the refurbishment/updating of the exiting roof with insulation. Installation of solar panels on the new dormers' roofs and the flat roof of the existing rear extension. Extension and conversion of a ground floor conservatory into a seating room. Remove the ground floor cladding to the existing rear extension and replace it with Crittall style full height glazed doors across the back elevation. General internal works and addition of energy saving insulation throughout the house to the internal faces of walls and the roof/loft
