PA25/4227 Granted
9, Riverdale Road, Twickenham, TW1 2BT
Tree of Heaven ( G15 on sketch plan ) - notice to fell. These two trees have both been classed as CAT C1 by the arboricultural consultant, with the following comment ,'....Two trees, largest (west) , smaller stem to east diameter 160mm. Between Coach House and boundary wall . Significant potential , not suited to this location... Consider removal.'. As shown in the attached tree survey, these two trees are growing very close to the boundary wall and an existing building, the coach house - this is a vigorous species and its invasive root system presents risk of damage to property. A number of additional trees are being planted, across the front and back gardens as part of a new landscaping scheme.
