Both trees will be reduced by 4m in height, 3m in width to ensure an overall height and aesthetic balance. Due to their proximity, the trees create a large overwhelming canopy over the neighbouring property, causing there to be a light issue for them, plus potential damage if the branches are not repollarded on a regular basis. T3 Ash - fell. This tree has died and needs removing
