T1) London Plane tree- Raise lower basal growth & epicormic growth up to crown break at 4.5m to allow light through to the property & allow unrestricted vehicular access as well as keeping the public footpath clear and safe for human traffic. Trim the upper canopy back to previous pollard points to allow light into the property and continue the cycle of good tree management to this tree, Current height- 9m, remove the regrowth of 1.5m leaving the remaining tree at 8m. Current width- 4.5m, removing the regrowth of 1.5m leaving the width at 3m. Removal of all dead wood T2) Horse Chestnut tree- Raise lower basal growth & epicormic growth up to crown break at 4.5m to open up the dark area & allow light through into the property. Remove any Major dead wood.
