Proposal

T1. Mature Sycamore 30% per cent prune to clear property and neighbour’s roof and control growth as very close to brick boundary wall. Crown height raise by 2m and reduce spread by 2m to clear outbuilding roof. Remove deadwood and thin. Leaving Tree with height of 15m and 8m spread. T2. Immature Sycamore prune to clear property and neighbouring Liquid Amber tree. Reduce spread by 1 metre to allow space for neighbouring trees and to clear building. Tree height of 4 m will remain, spread reduced to 3m T3. Magnolia Grandiflora prune to clear property and control growth as very close to property. Reduce spread by 1m to clear building, remove deadwood and thin. Tree height of 12 to remain, spread reduced to 8m.
