Proposal
Cherry Blossom ( Prunus/Sakura) tree in the rear garden of the property, tree has become dangerous during periods of wind with ongoing dropping of branches. Damage also sustained to old fence. The tree has been reviewed and advice has been sought on what measures could be put in place to reduce risk. Summary has been given that the tree is dying and will continue to decay over the coming years. Works to carry out:- Tree felling to ground level and stump removal/grounding to allow preparation for tree to be replaced with suitable alternative. Tree location is highlighted in yellow on plan.
