Split decision Richmond upon Thames PA25/2995 Works to Trees Under TPO

Works: Trees

Part of this application was approved and part refused. The decision notice on the council portal sets out which is which.

Proposal

TG2 (x6) Sycamores (Along the driveway boundary) - Reduce crowns by approx. 7m off height and 3m off width - Final height 8m and width 6m. Reason: To contain heights and widths by reducing back to previous pruning points. T4 Sycamore (x1) - Fell to ground level. Reason: Clients have received planning permission to build a sensory room for their son on the adjacent patch of disused land. Removing the tree would allow much more light to reach the room.
