Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.
Proposal
Back Garden (Left Boundary) T1: Eucalyptus tree - Fell to ground level Current height standing at 4.5 metres Reducing height down to 3 metres Spread of tree before 0 metres Spread of tree after reduction 0 metres Reason for removal: This tree has been subject to repeated pollarding over a number of years, which has resulted in vigorous and excessive regrowth. The current canopy has become disproportionately dense, leading to significant shading and suppression of growth in surrounding shrubs within both the client’s garden and the neighbouring property. Removal is therefore proposed to prevent further impact on adjacent vegetation and to allow for a more balanced and sustainable planting scheme.
