Proposal
The oak tree is in the garden of 39 Ennerdale Road, Kew, Richmond TW9 3PE It is in the centre of the back garden towards the back - the canopy covers most of the garden. The acorns have a disease which means sharp pricky sticky lumps (unrecognisable as acorns) literally rain down from the tree constantly - I would like to replace it with a number of mature multi stemmed birch trees which will have the same impact on the environment in terms of photosynthesis but will not cause the stress
