Marked as T13 within 11581 Tree Location Plan. T13 is a Western Red Cedar tree within the rear garden of Harrington Lodge. The photographs provided show the trees decline over the last year. The latest photograph taken in September 2024 shows at least 90% of the canopy to be dead/dying. Consequently, we propose to remove this tree.
