Proposal
Following consultation with Pat's Tree Surgery, the large trees on my property with TPO need some maintenance as listed below. In summary the trees have not been attended to for a number of years, they are too big, have falling branches, need to be cleaned to remove dead wood, and need a reduction. T0134 T30 CONF (Holly) - full crown reduction, 2-3 metres off in width, 2 metres off the canopy, 2-3 metres off in height - Leaving hight 4 metres -Leaving canopy spread 2 metres T0134 T33 CONF(Prunus) - 30% reduction, 2-3 metres off the width, 1.5-2 metres off the canopy, 2-3 metres off height - Leaving hight 4 metres -Leaving canopy spread 2 metres T0134 T34 CONF (Lime) - thin out and clean out the dead wood. 2-3 metres off the width, 2-3 metres off the canopy, 2-3 metres height off - Leaving hight 5 metres -Leaving canopy spread 2.5 metres T0134 T29 CONF (Bay) 2-3 metres off the width, 2-3 metres off the canopy, 2-3 metres height off - Leaving hight 4 metres -Leaving canopy spread 2 metres T0134 T28 CONF (Yew) - thin out and clean out dead wood. 2-3 metres off the width 2-3 metres off the canopy 2-3 metres height off - Leaving hight 4 metres Leaving canopy spread 2 metres

T0134 T29 CONF (Bay) The works requested are a full tree removal of this tree. A tree surgeon (Pat's Tree Surgery) upon inspection has confirmed that the tree is diseased and now dangerous of falling down. One of the trunks already fell down (see pictures). The base of the tree and roots appear to have been hollowed out by the disease, the trunk is hollow in some places, and there is viable fungus growing.
