Avenue Lodge 51 Ham Common Ham Richmond TW10 7JG
Works: Windows or glazing
Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.
Proposal
Removal of condition 'U0185095 - Detailed Drawings - Entrance Doors' and variation of condition U0185093 - Approved Drawings of Listed Building Consent 24/1292/LBC. The front door will no longer be changed to a new opening with canopy. The existing canopy and opening will remain with a new door and side lights. Opening up works at the side door exposed structures above which prevented the proposed fanlight from being installed. An arrangement of door and sidelights resembling the existing is proposed. The door and associated glazing arrangements to be changed for the side and front doors of the house.

Open the documentsWhat a grant of permission means
The process from here
Permission has been granted, usually subject to conditions listed on the decision notice, some of which must be discharged before work starts. The decision notice on the council portal sets out exactly what was approved.
Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses. Neighbours cannot appeal a grant; challenging one means judicial review of how the decision was made, within tight time limits.
About amendments applications
How this application type works
An amendment application changes a permission that already exists. Non-material amendments cover small adjustments with no wider effect, while minor material amendments, usually made by varying a condition, allow modest design changes without a fresh application. Anything beyond that needs a new permission, so the scope here is deliberately narrow.
