T1- Laurus nobilis- Fell and grind stump. Reason: overgrown individual encroaching on new development. Tree has been protected during works but us now in very close proximity to dwelling. Bay trees are fast growing with large root/stem formation. A more suitable tree species will be planted elsewhere in the garden as a replacement
