Leyland Cypress 'Castlewellan' - 10 meters in height. No. 1 on the sketch plan The proposal is to fell this mature Cypress tree located on the boundary wall and replace it with a mature Robinia tree (4.2 to 4.8 metres (14-16cm girth)) planted in line with the existing run of five Robinia trees along the boundary, which will maintain visual continuity and enhance the landscape character.
