Mulberry Court Strawberry Hill Road Twickenham TW1 4QA

Granted Richmond upon Thames 23/T0043/TCA Works to Tree/s in Conservation Area

Works: Trees

Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.

Proposal

T1 - Sycamore. Tree has decay in the central stem where the crown splits into 2 leaders. The heartwood is decaying shown in image taken whilst inspecting the tree. There is risk that the tree crown will fail and this is leaning over the neighbours garden and close to Mulberry Court building. The tree needs to be removed to ground level.
