Proposal

Demolition of the existing garage and single storey pitched roof bay to the rear elevation. Erection of a two-storey side extension with a partial lean to roof from boundary wall, together with a single storey flat roofed rear extension. Remodelling of the main hipped roof by a hip to gable conversion. Externally form two gables with a crown roof, with the construction of a flat roofed rear dormer. Insertions of three rooflights to the front roof pitch.
