Removal of C21st interventions, to reveal the historic building fabric, establish its condition of the building fabric and identify any necessary repairs: 1.Removal of basement kitchen fixtures and fittings 2.Removal of basement utility room fixtures and fittings 4. Removal of sanitary fittings throughout 4 bathrooms, including sauna and raised floors 5.Removal of built-in shelving and wardrobes. 6. Removal of second floor tea point. 7.Removal of soft floor finishes throughout. 8. Removal of garden pavilion in rear garden. 9.Hand digging 5 trial pits at basement level to ascertain basement floor make-up. 10. Removal of section of plaster ceiling in basement kitchen (B7) to ascertain condition of joists above. 11. Removal of sections of plaster ceiling in basement kitchen (B7) and second floor bedroom (S5) to ascertain condition of joists above. 12. Lifting timber floor in reception room (F3) and second floor bedroom (S5) to ascertain condition of joists below. 13. Removal of plaster finish to wall in front of lintels in basement kitchen (B7) and second floor bedroom (S5) to ascertain condition of lintels behind. 14. Remove of timber panel to the rear of the sash in entrance hall G5, reception room (F3) and second floor bedroom (S5) to expose masonry wall behind.
