I have a Mimosa tree which has a TPO in place. The property management company have requested that it be cut back or cut down due to the danger of falling branches on the railway or on nearby properties. For that reason I am required to make the necessary amendments for the safety of local residents and trains.Pollard @ 5 metres from ground level. The approximate diameter of the remaining stump would be 70cm.
