Hawthorn tree - A1 - fell because of excessive shading, low amenity value and blocking potential extension and renovation of the property. Replant with another tree (variety TBC) at the back of the garden. Judas tree - A2 - possibly fell because of low amenity value and blocking potential extension and renovation of the property. We would definitely like to fell tree A1, but we may not need to fell tree A2, so please consider the two applications separately (i.e. if felling A1 would be permitted but not A2, please do not reject the entire application).
