Withdrawn Richmond upon Thames 21/2917/HOT Householder Application

Works: Extension Loft or dormer Roofing Domestic

Read from the description, not a valuation. How we read the register

Withdrawn before a decision, so it carries no planning weight. A revised scheme can be submitted at any time.

Proposal

Proposed building works to replace the existing rear wall extension and poor quality pitched roof with new brick wall and flat roof. No change to the footprint. Replace existing dormer with new dormer roof extension. The existing pitched roof to the bay of the rear first floor will be replaced with a flat roof to be used as a mini terrace with a glass balustrade. The dormer will be finished in anthracite zinc to match the slate roof colours.
