Carefully reduce height to approx height of apex on roof on house at 12m. 2. Height pre 22m post 12m crown spread pre 9m post 5m structural defects and overextending into neighbours gardens, being reduced as outgrown small garden and will be exposed following reduction of adjacent trees. 3. Sycamore x 2. (Remaining 2 main trees within garden, we advise that following the reduction of the Acacias which are part of the group of trees that these will be left exposed, so we recommend reduction to keep their size in check and within the boundary's of the garden of 'Uplands'). Crown Reduction. Reducing the height and spread of the trees by up to 4 metres. Reduce back all that overhangs boundary of garden so within of curtilage of Uplands. All pruning cuts shall be made to suitable secondary growth points and shall maintain a stable platform for the expected regrowth 3. Sycamores 3 and 4 height pre 22m post 18m crown spread pre 9m post 5m. Being reduced as self sown weedy trees overhanging multiple gardens and will be exposed following reduction of acacia trees adjacent. Works to stabilise trees and keep size in check in small garden
