The tree is a Pseudoacacia, approxomatley 40 years old. TPO 640(2002) is in place. The tree is located on provate lans that forms part of the property of 77 Waldegrave Park, TW1 4TJ. The PseudoAciacia on the land of 77 Waldegrave has a height of 16 meteres and a width of 5 meters. It was previously reduced in size annually between 2002 and 2022 by the owner of 7 Hawkley Close (Mr Paul Evans) under previous permissions to prune the the tree granted by London Borough of Richmond upom Thames. Paul Evans has now sold his house and and the tree has had no pruning for 4 years. The tree has been ispected by a professional experts - The Tree Company. They advised - ''A crown reduction of approximately 2m back to the most recent previous reduction points. Redude overextended limp by approximately 3m to bring in it line with rest of the tree. The Tree Company have provided me with a qoute to do the work in 2023 ( their recomendations are attached). I could not afford the cost of the work at the time of the inspection by the Tree Company. I have spoken to owners of houses in Hawksley Close and the tree is now so large that it is blocking out sunlight into thier houses when in leaf and they are supportive of a reduction in height of the tree.
