The demolition of all other buildings on the site and redevelopment for mixed employment (Class A1 -shops, A2 -financial and professional services, A3-restaurants and cafes, A4-drinking establishments, B1-business and C1-hotels), community (ClassD1 non residential institutions and D2 -assembly and leisure) and private and affordable residential (Class C3-dwellinghouses) use, together with associated public and private open spaces, access roads, service areas, 1,045 car parking and landscaping. The proposed buildings range from 4 to 10 storeys in height and a 25 storey tower.
