Proposal

Apple (T1)-Whole crown reduction from approx. 7m to 5m in height, with lateral spread reduced by approx. 1.5m all round, pruning back to suitable growth points to keep a balanced shape. Branches extending towards the building at No. 34 Croydon Road to be cut back to give approx. 1.5m clearance. Crown thin by approx. 15%, removing crossing, rubbing and congested branches. To keep the tree at a manageable size for fruit, reduce shading of the garden and provide clearance to the neighbouring building. Plum (T2)-Whole crown reduction from approx. 10m to 7m in height, with lateral spread reduced by approx. 1.5m, pruning back to suitable growth points to keep a balanced shape. Branches overhanging the shed to be removed or cut back. Work to be carried out in summer (June?August) to reduce the risk of silver leaf infection. To restore an overgrown fruit tree to a manageable size and reduce shading of the garden.

1x 12m Yew tree located in front garden. Fell to ground level. (Reason) tree has become too large for the area and is causing damage to front wall; there is a cause for concern that the wall could collapse onto the nearby path
