Proposal
Sycamore tree - Prune to control the size of the tree due to its proximity to the neighbours house. This will include only the shortening of the longer branches by 1.5m with final pruning cuts being made strictly to appropriate growth points. The remaining branch lengths of the shortened branches will be a minimum of 3m.

Front Garden T1& T2 - Conifer x2. Crown lift of 2.5 metres. Crown lifting/removing low growth to maintain the statutory heights over footpaths. It is the cause of unreasonable shade to the front elevation of the property. The subject trees are interfering with the reasonable enjoyment of a large proportion of the surrounding area
