Proposal
MODIFIED SPECIFICATION SEE CONDITION 2 T1 - Oak - Reduce overhang towards house by 2.5 meters as very close and encroaching. Thin remainder of crown by 10% by removal of epicormic flushing, superfluous stems and cleaning out of the crown - solar panels will be installed on the roof and will be ineffective if the crown is as dense as it it is currently in as close proximity to and looming over the roof. This will also lessen the burden and sail effect on the tree given the weight distribution towards the property. Raise crown by 4 meters for exactly the same reasons as above. Remove all major dead wood.
