The tree is the cause of an unreasonable amount of shade to the front aspect of the property. Rear Garden G2 - 3 x Sorbus Fell to ground level and grind stump. ? G2 consists of 3x sorbus located in the rear garden along the rear boundary. ? The trees are interfering with the reasonable enjoyment of a large proportion of the rear garden. ? There are several other desirable trees of better shape and form within close proximity to the subject trees.
