T1. Two lime trees. Repollard. Reason is in the interest of good tree management in an urban location because the trees are on the edge of a busy public highway. T2. Oak tree. Shorten the lowest branch above the car park by 1.5m to improve headroom. Pruning cut will be made to a significant growth point. T3. Portuguese Laurel. Crown lift by 0.5m by the removal of drooping secondary branches to improve headroom above the car park and public footpath.

Oak - Crown lift by 2m, secondary branch removal only. Tip prune to shorten the longest overextended branches by 1m. The reason is to control the lateral spread in a garden that is relatively small for such a large tree.
