Variation of condition 22 of permission 21/02419/S73, The construction of the MSCP is ongoing and there is a need to extend the time period for the use of the approved temporary car park by 5 months to ensure staff can park onsite during the final months on construction and there are no impact on surrounding roads. The temporary car parking use hereby permitted shall be discontinued and the land restored to its former condition on or before 31st July 2023 in accordance with a scheme of works submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
