Proposal

Rear Garden - Back Boundary. G1 - Ivy. Trim top to just above top of wall height to tidy. Rear Garden T2 - Golden Macrocarpa Fell to a height of approximately 2 metres from ground level. Rear Garden of Number 20 - Right Hand Side T3 - Yew Remove 1x lowest limb overhanging garden of number 18 to middle line of lower bed by a reduction of approximately 1.5 metres of the branch length. ALL Items including removing arising debris, leaving site clean and tidy. Reasons T2 Golden Macrocarpa. The tree is located in the rear garden to the left hand side near the rear boundary. Felling of the tree as the tree has started to shed branched and limbs. The tree is in a state of decline and has no long term future in its current condtion. T3 Yew. The tree is located in the rear garden to the right hand side of Number 20 Croydon Road. Removal of the lowest limb over hanging garden of Number 18 to reduce the extent of conflict with plants and shrubs in the garden of Number 18. Reduction back from the garden of Number 18 to allow more suitable light levels in to the flower bed area of Number 18.
