Block up an external doorway with matching brickwork. Create a new doorway into an existing greenhouse. Replace the existing shingle roof with a clay tile, complete with two conservation Velux windows. Replace the existing fence and gate to the front with new. Replace the existing gates to rear garden with new double gates. Reduce size of raised planter and replace existing shingle area with paving.
