T1. Cedar rear garden of no. 8 - Reduce encroachment towards buildings by up to 2.5 metres and reduce remainder of crown by a maximum of 2 metres to suitable secondary growth. Remove major deadwood greater than 20mm in diameter and raise crown to provide 5 metres clearance from ground level by removal of secondary and sub branches 22x18m down to 22x15.5m causing a nuisance blocking the gutters of the house and making it very dark in the house
