T7 - Beech Action - Action - Fell Photo a. T8 - Scots Pine Action - n/a. T9 - Scots Pine Action - n/a. T10 - Scots Pine - Action - Fell Photo a. Reason - Bulk of trees is excessive considering close proximity to well stocked mixed woodland belt. Tree T10 is leaning away from main group. Tree T4 is high stump with no value. Tree T7 is removed to make way for adjacent tree T6 to flourish with n hindrance. Tree T5 is too overpowering in its close proximity to the house. Removal of these trees will have no overall effect from Harpurs and the tree stock will still be a beneficial impact in the local tree amenity scene.

MODIFIED SPECIFICATION SEE CONDITIONT1 Beech - Growing within a closed canopy sheltered group. Tall drawn-up in form. Twin-stemmed from 4m above ground level, with sub-dominant stem on the North side. Both stems entwined, with natural bracing. Suppressed by more dominant neighbour. Asymmetrical crown, with crown entirely off-set from base. Squirrel damage in crown. Dominant tree within group. Co-dominant from 2m above ground level, with tight compression fork.
