It has been planted to close to the property and garden infrastructure including a retaining wall, fence and paving. The tree is unsuitable for long term retention and was likely never intended to be allowed to attain the size it has. This tree will, if left, cause long term damage to the infrastructure around it. There is an area order TPO covering this location covering all species. We seek permission to remove this tree to ground level as it is non native and fast growing with limited long term management options.
