Works: Trees
Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.
Proposal
2 Wester Red cedar trees at front of property- Reduce in height by 3m to old pruning points, trim back sides (Lateral) growth by up to 0.5m on longer branches bringing tree in to an even well balanced shape. Neatly trim (Hedge cut) where needed to bring into shape. The trees are situated in front of house and a light prune to keep tree in a reasonable shape and size will keep the tree in check with no need for an over prune at a later date. To also keep back from house and to let more light into property.
