South of Property T1 - Cedar Lift to 5.5 metres over road and 3 metres over parking area, Remove major dead and diseased wood. Tidy remainder of failed limb over road area clear failed limb located at base of tree. The tree is located in the car park area by the junction of West Street and Upper West Street Raising of the lower crown to 5.5m to reduce the encroachment from the highways and car park area. To reduce the risk of branch damage from high sided vehicles. Removal of Dead Wood - Exempt works.
