Proposal
Submission of boundary treatment details pursuant to condition 10 of permission 19/01489/S73. The Development of land off Kingsley Grove. Currently the site has 44 disused garages, with the rear section vacant. The development proposes the demolition of the garages and creation of 6 new dwellings. (Comprising of 4 x 3 bedroom and 2 x 2 bedroom, two storey semi detached houses). A total of 13 no. parking spaces have been provided and the existing access route in and out of the site has been retained. Variation of condition 1 of permission 17/02905/F. Amendment to approved plans to move the building for plots 5 and 6, to amend the gable end for house type 2, and proposed parking amendments for plot 5.
