Horse chestnut tree We want to cut it back to our garden border. Common law states that any over growth is allowed to be cut back and offered back to the neighbour it belongs to. this tree is now severely overhanging on our property and we should have the right to keep it off of our property, espcially when it is dangerous to our young children and us
