The trees to the front of the property are believed to have been planted in the 1980s. The tree to the left of the house (on Nash Lane) is a similar age - unknown tree type. All trees/shrubs growing directly next to the building on the High Street will be completely removed to stop the damp issues currently being experienced. The tree on Nash Lane will need to be removed to stop and more brickwork cracking (and bushes will be trimmed) I know none of these trees are subject to a tree preservation order.

With respect to condition 3, the only materials that needed to be purchased were coping stones. Photographs of the coping stones were submitted for informal approval on 8th June as soon as a source was found - in order for us to secure the materials we needed to act rapidly. We will attach details of the correspondence. With respect to condition 4, we attach a copy of the Level 1 Historic Building Recording undertaken prior to the works commencing.
