1 Starthe View Hands Road Heanor Derbyshire DE75 7HB
T1 - Ash - Fell - The tree has been previously topped and has lots of damaged and dead bark with signs of Daldinia Concentrica on the main stem indicating that the wood is dead or decaying. T2 - Ash - Fell - The tree has been heavily topped in the past and is in poor condition. In order to keep the tree it will need regular re pollarding due to its location. There is a large section of damaged bark which on the time of inspection had fruiting bodies of Inonotus Hispidus growing from this weakens the sound wood making it quite brittle. T3 - Sycamore - The tree has been badly topped in the past causing it to produce lots of straggly branches the tree has not got a good form and has a large Ash tree behind it which is causing it to grow towards the house. Again if left this tree will require regular maintenance at the expense of the homeowner. The Home owner is happy to replant with ornamental trees that will be allowed to grow and be managed. They are open to suggestions from myself or the council as to which species would be suitable .

T3: Ash: Reduce by 3m: Previously reduced under guidance of insurers following a subsidence claim. A continuation of this management. T4: Lawsons Cypress: Fell: Causing continuous shading of allotments. Will aid suppressed magnolia underneath. Not particularly in keeping with broadleaf surroundings.
