Planning application
34 Healdwood Drive Burnley Lancashire BB12 0EA
Works: Trees
Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.
Proposal
sycamore (t1)- to cut back to near boundary to appropriate growth and lift lower canopy up to an approximate height of 5m as the lower branches droop onto outbuildings. 5m due to the ground dropping away to the tree so the measurement is taken from the base of the tree and not the garden.

Re submitted application 1 year later due to continued growth as tree is in need of management - The Yew in question has recently caused the clients dog to undergo surgery due to the ingestion of yew berries and it overly concerned that this may happen again. The tree is over grown of the area in my opinion and also i may add that it does'nt seem lie it adds very much value to the area and also the situ of the tree it is only going to cause more concern so the client would like it removed to ground level
