Planning application
Oasis Academy Leesbrook Roxbury Avenue Oldham OL4 5JE
Refused. Only the applicant can appeal, within the statutory time limit, and a revised scheme can be submitted instead.
Proposal
Building and land to be turned to education use for resourced provision. Will be carried out during school hours. Internal refurbishment and layout alterations will be undertaken to create two alternative provision teaching spaces on the ground floor together with ancillary supporting rooms.? Access is also to be provided internally between the original houses at first floor level.? Access to and from the building itself will remain as existing but with new doors in the existing positions.? Externally, some localised landscaping will be undertaken to improve the existing usable external space as the building has been unused for a number of years.
