Access to therapeutic interventions (e.g., counselling or behaviour support), typically delivered off-site when needed. Plant and Equipment: No industrial or commercial machinery will be installed. The home will use only standard domestic appliances (e.g., washing machine, oven) and computers for administrative and educational purposes. Hours of Operation: The children?s home will operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week, as a full-time residential setting. Staff shift patterns are designed to ensure continuous supervision while minimising any impact on neighbouring properties.
